CNC Services

Need a sign ? Small signs and larger multi piece signs are always fun to make. I built the CNC machine from scratch. I literally melted scrap aluminum and cast it into stock material from which I sculpted a useful tool that actually works. Cut capacity is 20″ X 20″ although, through the use of tiling I can cut 20″ X what ever will fit in my basement. It’s not stiff enough to machine aluminum… yet!

Machine Shop Services

Need a small custom part or repairs to a worn part? My machine shop includes a lathe with 10″ of swing over the bed and 20″ between centers. I built the milling machine, it’s table is 6″ X 18″. I can help build a computer, change out hardware, develop and maintain network infrastructure both hard wired and wireless. I can develop software with programming mostly in C and python, as well as web development on HTML, CSS and DJango.
